Americare Senior Living in Harmony Hill is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living in a warm, home‑like setting. You’ll help with ADLs, safety, comfort, and dignity while working with a supportive caregiving team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform ADLs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/BLS training a plus.
• Compassionate, patient and team‑oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor safety and observe for distress or changes in condition.
• Document resident care and changes accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and caregivers.
• Engage residents in activities promoting physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and policy.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
