Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living needs in a warm, home-like setting. You’ll work with a caring team to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for each resident.

You’ll help with ADLs, monitor well-being, document care, and participate in activities that enhance quality of life. This role offers full and part-time opportunities, with a supportive work culture and ongoing training.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
