Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support residents’ daily living in a warm, home-like setting. You will work with a caring team to provide safe, dignified care and engage residents in activities that enhance well-being.

Role emphasizes ADLs assistance, empathy, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care environment. Training for CPR/BLS is available, and certification is a plus. Join a dedicated community that values resident-centered care.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while preserving resident dignity.
• Monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition.
• Accurately document resident care, activities, and changes as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and fellow caregivers regarding resident needs.
• Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
