Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home elder care. This full-time role allows for flexible hours including weekends, with Training and PPE provided.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits like 401K, bonus incentives, direct deposit, health benefits, weekly pay, and paid sick time. Prior CNA/HHA/PCA training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability patterns include weekends or flexible hours as stated in job post.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance and companionship to clients.
• Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and personal care.
• Perform basic domestic tasks and light housekeeping.
• Document client progress and report changes.
• Ensure client safety and respond to emergencies.
