Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs)/Caregivers in the Enterprise area to help seniors live safely at home.

You will assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals and companionship, providing essential support with kindness and reliability. You’ll work for a nationwide home care leader offering a 1:1 aide-to-client ratio, flexible scheduling, online training with CEUs, tuition discounts through Rasmussen University, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Home Care Aide (HCA) experience.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification optional.
• Covid-19 vaccination card optional.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document conditions and notify supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).
