Interim HealthCare Inc. in Grantville, GA is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to support seniors at home. You will provide essential personal care, help with daily activities, and promote safety in the home.

This role offers a $200 sign-on bonus, a competitive $17/hour wage, 1:1 client ratios, and flexible scheduling. Interim HealthCare is committed to compassionate care and supporting staff through training and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active GA PCA certificate (Interim can assist with certification).
• One year of experience in a healthcare role, preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB screening current.
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
