Job summary

HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Transporter to join the Central Transport Team. The role safely retrieves and transports patients to and from various locations within the organization, and assists with transport of essential medical supplies.

Core duties include monitoring patient movement and handling items such as oxygen tanks, IV pumps, and wheelchairs. A high school diploma is preferred, and BLS certification is required or must be obtained

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely retrieves and transports patients to and from various points within the hospital campus.
• Assists with monitoring and transport of essential medical supplies such as oxygen, IV pumps, and wheelchairs.
