Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from examinations, treatments, and care areas.
• Assist patients in and out of chairs, beds, and wheelchairs using safe techniques.
• Prepare patients for transport and verify identity.
• Communicate with medical staff to coordinate transport of supplies and medications.
• Discharge patients in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, disinfected equipment and reporting malfunctions.
