Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a dedicated patient transport teammate to move patients safely and efficiently, assist with admissions and discharges, and maintain confidentiality during care transitions.

You will work with nurses, test-site staff and other caregivers, using Safe Patient Handling protocols and clear communication to ensure timely tests and minimal delays while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Competenze

• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or able to obtain within 60 days.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for Radiology areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Transport patients safely and efficiently within the hospital.
• Notify nurses and staff of patient arrivals and handoffs.
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges and restock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of transport equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
