Training is provided, and you’ll learn registration workflows, insurance basics, and how we support clinicians. You’ll work across computer systems to register patients, answer questions with empathy, and gather accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (with training).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
