Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR AED or BLS-HCP certification within 30 days if required at the facility.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• One to two years of previous experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visually and audibly monitors the patient’s condition at all times.
• Completes observation reports at established intervals.
• Remains at bedside unless relieved by staff and responds to needs.
• Escalates to medical professionals when patient is distressed or at risk.
• Assists with maintaining patient safety and a clean environment.
