Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a compassionate Patient Intake Specialist to guide families through the intake process. You will verify insurance, gather documents, and submit authorizations to set the foundation for client care.

This full-time, on-site role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with families by phone. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying insurance benefits and gathering intake documentation.
• Experience submitting authorizations and maintaining compliant insurance submissions.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
• Liaise between staff and families to ensure paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the intake process with clarity.
