The role focuses on patient satisfaction, rights, and service excellence, with responsibilities spanning complaint handling, documentation, and cross-department coordination. Proficiency in English and HIPAA awareness are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support and resources to patients and families to help navigate the healthcare system.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives related to patient care and satisfaction.
• Initiates visits with patients to assess their perception of hospital services and discuss issues.
• Works with nursing staff to address patient concerns and grievances.
• Manages CMS-compliant grievance processes and hospital policies.
• Serves on committees related to Patient Rights and Customer Service.
