Formación

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, religious or cultural needs.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, sanitation and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.
