Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) in Dublin, GA. Full-time and part-time positions with open availability; rotating weekends. Training provided and prior food service experience preferred.

Pay range is $11.50 to $15.00 per hour, with benefits available for eligible team members. As a member of the care team, you will help patients choose meals, assemble and deliver trays, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in accordance with

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times.
• Comply with HIPAA and facility confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Assist dietitians with patients on specific diets as needed.
• Communicate issues with patients to appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations and perform other duties.
