Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist patients during hospital registration at Ascension St. John Jan Phillips Medical Center. This part-time, PRN role includes 8-12 hour shifts and requires accurate data collection and empathetic communication.

You will be working across multiple screens, answering questions, and guiding patients through the process. Training is provided; vaccination, background check, and drug testing are required.
