Qualifications

• Completion of C.N.A. course (or complete within four months of hire date) Required
• Completion of C.N.A course if currently in high school Required
• Computer experience Required
• Health care experience within the last five years Preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer patients’ call lights promptly and relay requests to staff
• Perform skin assessments and report abnormalities to licensed nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain clean patient rooms
• Collect and correctly label specimens (urine, feces, sputum)
• Observe and record intake, output and vital signs; report changes promptly
