Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Iowa. This is a full-time daytime role with every other weekend, offering a competitive hourly rate plus shift differential.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and engage residents in recreational activities while following infection control protocols and delivering high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
