Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires nursing aide training or CNA certification or related nursing program with clinical experience
• Must have basic life support (preferred) and be able to obtain it before direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and monitor vital signs
• Act as liaison between patient and nurse and report changes
• Deliver high-level customer service to patients and families
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living and maintain patient comfort
