Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to assist with basic patient care, monitor vital signs, and support patients with daily activities under RN guidance. The role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient mobility assistance, and effective communication with patients and staff. EPIC EHR training is preferred, with a minimum wage range provided and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care including hygiene, mobility, vital signs and comfort.
• Acts as liaison between patient and nurse and reports changes/concerns.
• Provides high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
