Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CNA/MA/EMT or similar licensure preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment or clinical nursing foundations/rotation.
• Knowledge of patient data collection (vital signs, intake/output) and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care in assigned unit with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report to health care team.
• Maintain clean, stocked environment and ensure safety throughout the shift.
• Obtain/record patient information, vital signs, intake/output, and other data per policy.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to infection control policies.
