• Successful completion of first semester in an accredited nursing program (required or equivalent).
• Successful completion of a medical assistant or patient care technician program (required or equivalent).
• A current PCT/MA certification may substitute for education qualifications (required).

Responsabilidades

• Implements identified plan through coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with care team to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Documents patient data and observations accurately and timely.
• Promotes infection prevention via standard precautions and proper hand hygiene.
• Assists with activities of daily living and records vital signs and measurements.
• Supports a patient-centered approach and ethical practice throughout care delivery.
