Responsibilities include CPR/BLS, ADLs, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and charting in the EMR. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required with at least 1 year clinical care experience.
• Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT), CNA, or MA credentials preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Perform priority clinical procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide care services including CPR, ADLs, vital signs, and basic measurements.
• Document patient information in the electronic medical record and manage supplies.
• Prioritize tasks based on acuity and patient needs, collaborating with RNs and therapists.
• Delegate tasks within scope and seek supervision when needed.
