Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care under guidance of RN or healthcare professional.
• Sanitizes and cleans patient rooms and monitors vital signs.
• Assists patients with feeding, grooming and mobility as needed.
• Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation of patient care.
• Participates in hand-offs and relevant information exchange.
