Responsibilities

• Provides care, comfort, and safety to assigned patients under direct supervision of a nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic patient care tasks.
• Records vitals, intake/output, weights, and simple lab specimens as directed.
• Operates EMR system for documentation and coordinates with nursing staff.
• Supports admission, transfer, and discharge processes and patient transport as needed.
• Maintains clean, stocked patient rooms and participates in safety procedures.
