Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of healthcare setting experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) - required within LA City.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes.
• Assists RN with patient assessment and care planning.
• Documents all care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Maintains clean, organized patient rooms and equipment.
• Supports with hygiene, meals, mobility, and safety at the bedside.
