You will document care, monitor vital signs, collect specimens, and help with safety, transfers, and supplies; CNA certification or enrollment in an accredited program is required. This role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA Certification or current enrollment in an accredited nursing program required.
• Orientation for Patient Care Technician completed successfully.
• Ability to understand growth and development across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with basic hygiene and daily living activities.
• Record vital signs and routine data in nursing database.
• Assist in transfers and use of patient care equipment.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to RN.
• Maintain clean, safe patient care areas.
• Support nursing staff and patient families as needed.
