UHC United Hospital Center is seeking a dedicated individual to provide nonprofessional direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care in coordination with licensed medical staff.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient changes, assisting in admissions/discharges, recording vitals, maintaining hygiene, and supporting department operations. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Observe and report patient concerns/changes in condition to a registered nurse immediately.
• Assist the Registered Nurse with admission, transfer, discharge and general patient care duties.
• Record vital signs, assist in personal hygiene and other patient comfort measures; record intake/output.
• Assist in specimen collection and related activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment to prevent infections and ensure safety of patients, visitors and staff.
• Report equipment repairs to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
