Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency experience (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for providers, answer calls, route tasks, book appointments and verify insurance.
• Check patients in, verify demographics and insurance; notify back-office staff of arrival.
• Maintain knowledge of referral process and enter data into the EHR.
• Coordinate patient flow and prepare patients for exams; monitor provider schedules.
