• Take and record vital signs and report unusual observations to the nurse.
• Collects specimens for analysis and monitors intake and output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic clinical procedures under supervision.
• Support patient nutrition, order room service, set up meals, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices across patient care activities.
• Assist as a patient safety attendant after completing required competency.
• Support orientation of new Nursing Assistant colleagues.
