Job summary

• Engages in population-appropriate communication.
• Measures vital signs and records observations.
• Performs specimen collection and hygiene care.
• Provides ADL assistance and patient comfort.
• Communicates observations to RN in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and stocks supplies.
• Participates in admissions, transfers and discharges.
