Avenues Home Care is seeking a Patient Care Aide (PCA) to assist elderly and vulnerable clients in the Rossville area. You will follow an individualized care plan, help with daily activities, and support with medications, meals, and transportation.

As a frontline caregiver, you will report activities to your supervisor, maintain confidentiality, and uphold company safety policies. A CNA or PCA license and CPR/First Aid are required, with shift options including Full Time, Part Time, and various

Qualifications

• Required CNA or PCA license for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred/required.
• Negative TB test is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs as per the client care plan.
• Assist with medications, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and transportation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor and log appropriately.
• Follow safety rules and maintain client confidentiality.
