Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care across the state. You will support immobile or frail clients, help with daily activities, and promote dignity and comfort in a homelike setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a willingness to obtain TB testing. Flexible schedules and training are provided to help you thrive while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification and TB test required or willing to obtain/test.
• Flexible schedule availability and reliable, caring temperament required.
• Experience in home care is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort.
• Reporting changes in clients' conditions to relevant parties.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and daily activities.
• Engaging clients in activities and conversations to promote wellbeing.
• Performing basic housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Assisting with errands, finances, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Ensuring a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
