Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an Hospitality Aide to provide routine daily care and services to assigned patients at our Livingston, TX location. This role focuses on promoting patient independence and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Applicants should have caregiver experience and be able to read, write, and speak English. The position supports in-service trainings and adheres to Abuse Prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Promote and support independence for patients.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence for patients.
• Report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Attend in-service training programs and apply learnings to patient care.
• Perform incidental housekeeping tasks as needed to keep the area clean and hazard-free.
• Follow Cantex Continuing Care Network policies on Abuse Prevention and enforce them.
• Participate in Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service.
