Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Hospitality Aide to assist patients with routine daily care, promoting independence while maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role includes light housekeeping and timely observation reporting to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence for patients.
• Contribute observations to the care team.
• Promote a safe and clean environment.
• Ensure equipment (mobile devices) are charged, clean and functional and report malfunctions.
• Attend in-service training programs.
• Perform incidental housekeeping to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Enforce abuse prevention policies.
• Attend Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service and apply learnings.
• Ensure patient/resident safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
