Job summary

The position includes assisting with hygiene, mobility, and feeding, with shifts that may include off-shift hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 1-2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy.
• Complete documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interact with patients and their families effectively.
• Assist with basic hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, toilet assistance, feeding).
• Assist patients with repositioning in bed and transfers to wheelchairs as needed.
• Report health concerns to nurses promptly.
