Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in collections and/or insurance verification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Pass pre-hire exams in Math and Grammar with 80% or above.

Mansioni

• Greet and register patients accurately in the hospital system.
• Verify insurance and collect payments as applicable.
• Enter charges and diagnoses for outpatient accounts.
• Explain patient rights and privacy practices to patients and families.
• Coordinate with units for Admissions, Transfers, and Discharges.
