Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Stillwater, MN is seeking a CNA to join our nonprofit team, delivering resident-centered care in a long-term/post-acute setting. This part-time role supports day shifts from 6:00am to 2:30pm and requires every other weekend and holiday coverage. A 401(k) plan and benefits are available.

You will assist residents with daily living, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with RN staff to follow care plans, ensuring a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified with the State Board of Nursing or in the process of certification.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and monitoring residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE usage.
