Formación

• Currently licensed in Ohio as NP or PA.
• Minimum two years as advanced practitioner.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.
• Familiar with evaluation and management coding.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and internet.

Responsabilidades

• Care and relationship management with patients during visits.
• Obtain medical histories and perform physical exams.
• Prescribe medications and provide administration instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses as part of a high-performing medical team.
• Maintain comprehensive EMR documentation and ensure Medicare compliance.
