Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Ohio.
• Two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner.
• Experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Knowledge of evaluation and management coding.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care during home, facility and/or clinic visits per standards.
• Obtain histories and perform exams to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide administration instructions.
• Maintain comprehensive EMR documentation and coordinate with health care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nurses to deliver high-quality care.
