Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education; BSN preferred.
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 3-5 years nursing experience with oncology preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care in line with standards.
• Assess health status by interviewing patients and taking medical history.
• Administer therapies and medications under physician supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments; ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate communications and referrals with interdisciplinary team and community resources.
