UC San Diego Health's Jacobs Medical Center 5FG is seeking a CNA/Clinical Care Partner to support the continuum of care on a 24-bed Medical Oncology/Palliative Care Progressive Care Unit. Under R.N.

supervision, you provide basic patient care, assist with daily living activities, transport patients and specimens, and help manage inventory. This role requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to prioritize, with preferred experience in acute care and knowledge of EPIC and UCSD scheduling

Qualifikationen

• Active California CNA license.
• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
• Demonstrated ability to observe deviations from normal.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform uncomplicated technical procedures.
• Transport patients and specimens (including blood and blood products).
• Manage inventory for unit supplies.
