Job summary

Saint Therese of Woodbury is seeking a Casual/On-Call Food Server / Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. You will provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents, following diet guidelines and menu instructions.

This on-call position features a 6:00am-2:30pm shift and offers pay based on experience. You will clear tables, assist with dish removal, and support nutrition service duties to ensure smooth dining operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving or hospitality experience
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines
• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience
• Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations
• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members
• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service
