Job summary

Saint Therese Woodbury is seeking a Casual/On-Call Food Server / Dietary Aide to provide friendly meal service to residents and tenants during the 6:00am-2:30pm shift. The role includes serving meals, clearing tables, and supporting nutrition services in a collaborative dining team.

The position requires 1+ years of hospitality experience, the ability to read English, strong communication, and physical stamina to meet job demands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving or hospitality experience.
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines.
• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.
