Saint Therese in Monroe, MI is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to assist in dining services for residents. You will provide a welcoming dining experience, follow diet cards, and support nutrition services in a team-oriented environment.

Shifts include morning and evening options with every other weekend and holiday, on-site roles in a faith-based nonprofit with a focus on person-centered care. Prior food service not required; training provided. Competitive wages and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, walking, lifting, carrying trays).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure meals are served according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs.
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment.
• Support nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, and related duties.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while delivering excellent customer service.
