Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained, and ensure a safe environment.
