Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to develop trust and rapport.
• Observe residents and record vital signs as per care plan.
• Report health issues or changes to the supervising nurse immediately.
• Assist with personal hygiene (showers, grooming) per plan.
• Deliver meals and assist with dining and room care.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environment and document care provided.
