Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations to assess residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide physical, cognitive, and sensory-based interventions to improve function
• Educate and support residents, families, and staff on OT techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and progress
