Bay Breeze Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our faith-based team in Florida. The role focuses on evaluating residents, developing targeted treatment plans, and delivering ADL-focused therapies to support mobility and recovery.

You will provide therapeutic exercises and interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to optimize outcomes in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility.
• Provide ADL, therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
