Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nursing Technician to assist on the inpatient nursing floor, supporting daily living activities and basic nursing care for non-acutely ill patients.

You will work under RN supervision, follow care plans, observe policies, and help maintain a clean, safe environment on the unit. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with vaccination required for staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or CNA certification required.
• Nursing Assistant Certification or related experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid preferred or to be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer use.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment on the unit.
• Follows the Nursing Care Plan and unit policies.
• Communicates effectively with staff, patients and families.
